FashionTV Club Terms Conditions
The rules that govern your use of FashionTV Club, written for New Zealand players in plain English where possible.
Eligibility and your account
FashionTV Club is open to players aged eighteen and over who live in a country where online gambling with offshore operators is permitted. By creating an account you confirm that the details you supply are accurate and complete, and that you are using the account only for personal entertainment. Each player may hold one account. Multiple accounts will be closed and any winnings may be voided.
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for any activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support straight away so we can help you secure it.

Bonuses and promotions
Bonuses are subject to the specific terms shown next to each offer plus the general bonus rules below. The general rules cover wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and the time you have to clear the offer. Attempting to abuse bonus offers, including pattern play, low risk betting on roulette or coordinated multi account play, will void the bonus and any associated winnings.

Payments and withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in NZD for New Zealand accounts. Withdrawals are paid back to the original deposit method where possible. Verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be required again later for compliance reasons. We aim to clear withdrawal requests within twenty four hours, with the funds reaching your account based on the timelines for your chosen payment method.
Fair play and disputes
FashionTV Club uses audited random number generators on all casino games and licensed feeds for all sportsbook markets. If you have a dispute with the outcome of a bet or game, contact support first. If we cannot resolve the issue together, you may escalate to the relevant licensing authority, with the contact details available on request from our team.
Responsible gaming and self exclusion
Every account at FashionTV Club ships with deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, time outs and self exclusion already wired into the cashier. Tighter limits apply immediately. Loosening a limit goes through a twenty four hour cool off so the change is never made in the heat of the moment. Self exclusion is a fixed lock that cannot be reversed inside the chosen period. By using your account you confirm that you accept these tools as part of the service and that the responsibility for setting appropriate limits sits with you.

Anti money laundering and source of funds
FashionTV Club follows international anti money laundering standards. Verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be required again later for compliance reasons. We may request additional documentation, including source of funds evidence, when account activity triggers compliance checks. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and withdrawal of any pending funds for the duration of the review. We do not collect this information lightly and we treat it with the same care as any other personal data.
Inactive accounts and dormancy
Accounts that have not been logged into for twelve months are classed as inactive. After this period a small monthly maintenance fee may be charged against any remaining balance, in line with industry practice. To avoid the fee, log in at least once a year. Accounts inactive for thirty six months may be closed in line with our regulatory obligations, with any remaining balance handled according to the terms agreed at signup.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time, with material changes communicated by email and through your account before they take effect. Continued use of the site after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you may close your account in accordance with the Close Account page.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed. Disputes that cannot be resolved by our support team can be escalated to the relevant licensing authority. New Zealand players retain all rights afforded to them under New Zealand consumer protection law where applicable.
