FashionTV Club Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect the personal information of NZ players who use FashionTV Club.

What we collect and why

When you sign up at FashionTV Club we collect the personal details needed to operate your account, comply with our licensing requirements and process payments. This includes your name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment information and the documents you supply during identity verification. We also collect technical data such as your device, browser, IP address and how you interact with the site so we can keep the service running smoothly and detect fraud.

Your information is used to verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, deliver the games and bonuses you have asked for, send you service messages, and meet our legal obligations under anti money laundering rules. Marketing messages are only sent if you have opted in, and you can change that preference at any time from your account.

  • Account details: name, date of birth, address, contact information
  • Verification documents: ID, proof of address, source of funds when required
  • Financial data: payment methods, transaction history, deposit and withdrawal records
  • Technical data: device, browser, IP address, gameplay analytics
  • Communications: support tickets, chat transcripts, marketing preferences

How your data is stored and shared

Personal data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it to do their job. We share data with third parties only when it is necessary to operate the service. Examples include payment processors handling your deposits, identity verification partners running KYC checks, regulators auditing the casino, and the studios that supply our games.

We do not sell personal information. Data is retained for as long as your account is open and for a period after closure that meets our legal and regulatory obligations, typically five years for financial records.

Your rights

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask for corrections to inaccurate information
  • Withdraw marketing consent at any time
  • Request deletion of personal data, subject to legal retention rules
  • Lodge a complaint with the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner

Cookies and tracking

FashionTV Club uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences and analyse traffic. You can manage your cookie choices through the consent banner that appears on your first visit, or change them later through your browser. Disabling essential cookies will affect the functionality of your account.

Data security and breaches

We take the security of your personal data seriously. Information is stored on hardened servers, encrypted in transit through TLS and at rest using industry standard algorithms, and access is restricted to staff who genuinely need it to do their jobs. Internal access logs are reviewed regularly. Two factor authentication is enforced on all administrative tools and our staff are trained on phishing, social engineering and secure data handling at induction and on a recurring schedule.

If a data breach were ever to affect personal information held about you, we would notify you and the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner in line with the Privacy Act 2020. Notification would include what happened, what data was involved, what steps we have taken to contain the breach and what you can do to protect yourself. The aim is honesty and speed rather than spin.

International data transfers

FashionTV Club is operated by a team based outside New Zealand and uses third party service providers in several jurisdictions. When personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure that the receiving party meets standards comparable to those required in New Zealand, either through contractual safeguards or by selecting providers in jurisdictions that already meet those standards. Examples of cross border processing include payment processing, identity verification and cloud hosting.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy is reviewed regularly and updated when our practices change, when new services are added or when applicable laws or regulations require it. Material changes will be communicated through your account, by email where appropriate and by an updated date at the top of the policy. Continued use of FashionTV Club after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.

Marketing preferences

Marketing emails, SMS and on site notifications are only sent to players who have opted in during signup or in their account settings. Each marketing message includes a clear unsubscribe link, and you can change your marketing preferences at any time from inside your account or by contacting our support team. Service messages such as withdrawal notifications, security alerts and policy updates are not marketing messages and are sent to all account holders.
